In 2012, I received my Bachelors in Telecommunications and went on to pursue a career in Marketing and Public Relations until 2018. I worked with multiple major brands before accepting a job at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center as part of their Marketing Global Brand team. It was at MD Anderson where I realized food is truly medicine. I am currently enrolled at the University of Houston as a Post-baccalaureate student, and am working towards my dream career as a Registered Dietitian.
